1. Collection of Personal Information from Web Site Visitors
The Agency automatically collects and/or tracks two types of data about a Visitor: personally identifiable information, and non-personally identifiable information. The non-personally identifiable information collected includes a Visitor's home server domain name, type of computer used by the Visitor, and type of Web browser used by the Visitor to the Agency's Web site, as well as aggregate/user-specific information about which pages of the Web site the Visitor accesses. Personally identifiable information collected and/or tracked includes the e-mail addresses of Visitors who communicate with the Agency via e-mail, if any, and information knowingly provided by a Visitor to the Agency by completing online forms, registration forms, and surveys.

This Web site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Agency does not knowingly collect data about Visitors who are under the age of 13.

2. Use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information Collected
Non-personally identifiable information collected by the Agency will be used by the Agency for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for a statistical analysis of users' behavior, for product and service development, for content improvement, to customize content and layout of the Agency's Web site, and for other related-type purposes. Data on a Visitor's home server is aggregated for internal review and then deleted.

3. Use of Personally Identifiable Information Collected
Names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to databases maintained by the Agency and used for future calls and sending mailings regarding scheduling a counseling appointment, answering a Visitor's questions, making Web site updates, offering new products and services, and announcing upcoming events.

4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
The Agency will obtain a Visitor's consent before posting collected data on the Agency's Web site, or sharing, renting, selling, or otherwise disclosing data to third parties unless required to by law or unless the same is in connection with a sale, merger, or consolidation or similar transaction involving the Agency. Any third party to which the Agency shares, rents, sells, or otherwise discloses information will be carefully pre-screened by the Agency, determined by the Agency to be reputable, and will use the information for marketing products and services which Agency determines, in its sole judgment, that a Visitor might find of interest. The Agency will disclose to third parties only information in aggregate form and/or only information that is publicly available.

5. Opt-Out Right
A Visitor may opt out of having their personal information collected by the Agency, used by the Agency for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, or used by the Agency or third parties to send promotional correspondences to the Visitor, by contacting the Agency via postal mail, e-mail, or telephone, or by checking the appropriate box on the online form.

6. Access to and Ability to Correct Personally Identifiable Information
Upon request via postal mail, e-mail, or telephone, Agency will provide to Visitors a summary of any personally identifiable information retained by the Agency about the Visitor. Visitors may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from the Agency's database. The Agency will only send personal records to the e-mail address on file for the Visitor name associated with it.

7. Agency's Right to Contact User
The Agency reserves the right to contact Web site Visitors regarding account status and changes to the subscriber agreement, privacy policy, or any other policies or agreements it deems relevant to Web site Visitors.

8. Agency's Right to Change Privacy Policy
The Agency reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying Visitors of the existence and location of the new or revised privacy policy.
